"Understanding Your Strengths -  It's Not What You Do, But Why"
Stu Schlackman, President, Competitive Excellence

About the Program

Statistics show that it’s easier to maximize your strengths than to minimize your weaknesses. The question is do you really understand what those strengths are? We need to realize that it’s not what we do in life, but why we do what we do. What is it that drives your performance? What is it that you value the most and how does that equate to your success? Your personality style will uncover your motivations and preferences. Learn more about your personality style characteristics and those of your colleagues to improve your performance.

About the Speaker

After more than 25 years in corporate sales, Stu Schlackman created Competitive Excellence, an organization dedicated to Superior Sales Results.  Leveraging his competitive nature and winning results, Schlackman’s firm focuses on training and coaching sales and service teams to turn them into top performers.

Today, Schlackman uses his Sales Intelligence System to help companies build high performance teams and increase sales through understanding the four different personality styles as defined in his Personality Perspectives Process, which you can learn more about in his book, Four People You Should Know.  He also authored Don’t Just Stand There, Sell Something.

Schlackman holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Kennedy Western University. He is involved in teaching and mentoring in the Business division of Dallas Christian College; sits on the Board of Directors for the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Richardson and Prevent Blindness Dallas. He is also the Vice President of Marketing of the National Speakers Association/North Texas
